Help Boneless pork loin roast
I have a 3 lb boneless pork loin. When I took the netting off, there was 2 thin pieces. I kept them together rubbed and am smoking at 275 now. I am at about 130 degrees now. What should I do. There was some fat throughout, should I take off at 145 rest and try to slice or take it higher and try to pull. Thanks for the help.
