I tell you Jed, as someone who cooked for a job, you would get this. When I was cooking, it occurred to me I could totally stand to do this for one day a week. Rolling bowl after bowl of ramen out into the social hall. I know it would sell. They have almost all of the equipment I would need, and it would be legal.
