Thanks for the great review & all the pics. Our comp team has been using a Rec Tec all season long to cook big meats, and it has performed perfectly. So far, we have a 2nd place brisket, two first place pork & one second place pork on the Rec Tec. The temperature control is very good and stays right on set temp.

I may get one to replace my Traeger soon.
