Daughter is getting friendly with her PG500 now!
They are incredibly busy and it has been a slow process.
She started with steaks (surprised me ), then basic dogs/burgers/etc.

Yesterday was her first foray into smoking some BabyBacks!

This is my Grandson with his pile of bones




She had a relatively short time to cook these.
I was pleased that she understood the process well enough to bump the temp from the 270 I suggested to 300 to make it work!
Cut off almost half an hour of the cook time to get to a satisfactory bend test.

Proud PAPA here!
Appears to be money well spent for once.

Just waiting now for her decision on the next "adventure"
