At the beginning of summer, I made it a goal to cook a brisket before the summer was over (which means before my birthday by my definition
). Since we weren't camping this weekend and I felt comfortable enough with the Master Forge, I decided that this will be the weekend to do it.
Got myself a flat from Sam's Club. After about 9 hours on the smoker, It probed with little resistance.
