When the fire was ready, I placed the steaks next to the grill.
"Borrowed" my wife's hair drier and got the coals blazing and tossed the meat on. 3-4 minutes later, pulled off and hit it with the hair drier again.
Put the steaks back on raw side down.
Another 3-4 minutes.
Pulled steaks.
Put a pat of butter on each steak.
Hair drier to coals again and tossed steaks on butter side down for 30 seconds.
Pulled and let rest about 7 min before slicing.
