My brother in law owns a Cadillac and I've cooked on it a few times. Solid made product that turns out quality que.

One of the Texas Montly top 50 joints here in town cooks on one, www.corkscrewbbq.com

I was going to purchase one but my footprint on my porch trailer and my business direction led me to a Pitmaker Vault. If my capacity outgrows that, I'lll be looking at a Cadillac Rotissere for sure.

Good luck.
