The chop got a quick, light hit
of BPS Jallalujah Jalepeno Bacon rub
early this morning. I lightly added in BPS Garlic Pepper seasoning before hitting the smoker.
The ribs are layered with BPS Jallalujah Jalepeno Bacon rub, BPS Sweet MOney rub, and a dusting of BPS Happy Endings. Cannot wait to see them at the end.
