Default Rib Saturday

Been awhile since I Tragerized some St. Louis ribs, so I rubbed em with some homemade KC style rub, and cooked em with BBQrs Delight hickory at 225 for 4 hours. They turned out even better than I remember from back when I was doing them all the time!
