Wife came home from a rough day of shopping with some 6-8 count prawns and diver scallops (no shoes-yea). Says me, those look great, how are you gonna cook 'em. Got the deer-in-the-headlights stare that can only mean I'm the cook. Skewered the prawns with onion, peppers & pineapple (gotta have your veggies) and fired up the 26.75 OTG.
Seasoned with a little Tony Sach (it's a seasoning not a rub) and seared the skewers, they only take a minute or two per side.
Then on with the CI grill pan & the the divers w/ a little butter & olive oil & more Tony Sach.
OK it was getting late so no more pics - dinner was GOOD!
