It's funny, I too have his book and its honestly the only cookbook that I own (probably close to 50) that I've glanced through once and put on the shelf were it has sat since. It just never grabbed my interest, nothing that I thought I must try.
So with that said, has anyone made something out of his books that was actually good? All I see are negative reviews, and recipe mistakes.
