There is a little arepa cart that sets up over by the Rey Supermercado in Albrook that sells an arepa with pulled pork, chorizo, chicharone, queso, salsa, and some other things for $2.50. We eat arepas for breakfast a couple times a week. Lov'em..
These are about the size I get from the Colombian restaurants around here. Have any pics of what you get in Panama? I'd love to see them. I'm curious about the thickness as well.
