Teamfour. I mainly cook with charcoal and mesquite chunks. I usually don't cook with full sticks and sticks only because of the strong flavor of mesquite.
Smokerking, yes, chicken thighs, babyback ribs, prime rib, whole chicken, and brisket. not all at once.
I had an old country ts 24x104, but wanted a more efficient cooker.
