I love peach. I've used it with pork and chicken so far. I haven't tried turkey yet, and I want try it on beef, I just haven't had the chance to do that yet.

It's one of my favorite woods to use, it has a stronger flavor to me than what people say it has, and my peach wood is bone dry.
