I decided to make a "one dish wonder" for the Throwdown with some leftover brisket. Turned out great.
Cooked up some taters, oinions and garlic scapes in BACON fat-
Added chopped brisket-
A couple eggs-
UDS, Mini-UDS, Weber OTS, smokey joe, gasser, 3 pie irons, and a weenie fork.
