Lime and hony-glazed salmon with basmati and broccolini
I was looking for a new salmon recipe and found this which fits into the One Dish Wonder Throw down.
Honey lime cilantro and soy sauce.
Salt and pepper the fish.
Sauté' some shallots in the dutch oven.
It sux trying to cook on two grills in the rain.
Add the rice then the chicken broth.
It was about this time I said to myself, How do I turn this down to simmer? I've never tried to cook rice over a hot grill before.
So I had to move it in and out of the hot side and rotate it often for even heat.
After about 30 min of simmering, I added the salmon and broccolini.
Cover and cook in 450* kamado for about 10 min.
On the plate.
