Default OakRidge BBQ's Black Ops...It's Not Just For Beef!

OK, by now, you should know that Mike's Black Ops is one of the best beef rubs I've ever tried. Yesterday I was cooking a nice 7.4 LB bone in center cut AMERICAN raised leg of lamb. I figured the ingredients would match very well with lamb's basic flavor. I wasn't wrong.

Here's the leg after a generous rub (Don't be afraid to load the meat up!):

The Black Ops makes a wonderful, dark bark. It also added incredible depth to the simmering vegetables as the rub on the bottom of the lamb worked it's way through the pan juices during the cook.
