The stuffing was completely cooked, but cooled back down in the fridge. I kept them indirect on the kettle for probably 15 minutes then hit one with the thermapen, it was 145 or so if I remember correctly, then sauced and moved them over to direct heat. No idea where things finished up tempwise. Total cook time was probably 20 minutes don't know what the grill temp was, but it was a fairly moderate heat.
