Spare Time w/pron
It has been a busy few weeks with little opportunity to BBQ. I started the UDS five minutes after it stopped raining. I have some spare ribs, my first spatchcocked chicken and a dozen ABTs to go on with a mix of pecan and apple chunks with Royal Oak lump.
