Fathers Day Weekend: Part 1 - Saturday (PRON HEAVY!!)
So, I finally got the Suburban repaired, which meant I could get the SS BPS EDS out to the camper, where it belongs.
Saturday brought ribs. I'm prepping for a small contest here at the campground in May, so I'm working on flavor profile. I'll let the photos do the talking for me. How do YOU think my weekend went?
The ribs from the small butcher shop in town were not nearly as meaty as the back ribs from WM, so they got done in just over three hours.
