Here is my cook for Father's Day, even though it was just me and the Missus.
Started with a 3 lb boneless butt with EVOO and Herbs Du Provance
Some baby red skin potatoes with sliced carrots with EVOO and SM Peppered Cow
Here it is of the Kettle. Used some Wicked Good I found at the ACE here. Was surprised to see it here in AZ. Was the last bag.
