Short ribs and shin steaks
Two weeks ago I picked up a pork shoulder and a pack of short ribs, cooked them up on the ECB at my friends house....OMG...like little mini-briskets with a bone handle! So this weekend I decided to do just a few more.....18 to be exact.
Started out with a yellow mustard massage, followed up with cowboy rub, jalepeno dust, and some smokehouse maple. Taking a 3 hour nap on the Magnum around 250 degrees.....Lets see if i can find a way to attach pics.....
