BBQer's Delight.

In 7 years cooking with my FEC-100 no one has every commented that the food didn't have enough smoke. Is it the same sa a stick burner? No, unless you're cooking hot and fast like most Jambo cooks do. then the smoke flavor is very close to my FEC.
