Oh ya, I hear you brother. It's probably not really an allergy, but easier to go along with it. You will have trouble finding BBQ stuff without it though.

Take a look at processed foods next time you are in the grocery store for my list of code words for MSG. It's in farking everything:

Hydrolyzed vegetable protein, autolyzed yeast, hydrolyzed yeast, yeast extract, soy extracts, protein isolate, natural flavorings.
