Stockin' up on supplies
My name is Swine Spectator and I have a smoking problem...
I can't stop buying and trying new stuff...
This week I found coconut charcoal at my local grocery and had to buy a bag ($4.99 for 9 lb). Anyone tried this stuff?
Then I went to Shreveport and looked for a Kroger's. I asked a clerk if the sold "Blue Hawg" sauce. He responded with an enthusiastic "Yes!" and marched me over to it. I picked up a few jars and then I saw "Beecher and Sons" Sauce made with local honey from Bossier, LA. I bought a jar of that, too.
Later I found Plowboys Yardbird rub at the Bass Pro (Not available in New Orleans... Yet).
My sauce stash has grown quite a bit. I need to quit shoppin' and get smokin'
