I guess I was confusing smoking and BBQ. I would call this grilling, but who am I to argue. Regardless of what we call it it was good.

BTW, if you look inside the lid, you'll notices there are factory hangers that let you hang the lid on the lip of the long side of the base. Don't have to set the lid on the ground.
