OK ladies and gentlemen-
I am dying to cook another whole hog, only problem is I have no need for loads of meat, and nobody to eat it. I've never cooked a small pig before, but my butcher says he can get me one from 15 pounds and up dressed.
Has anyone cooked a small, whole hog on a small offset like a silver smoker or nbbd or char griller?
What do y'all think, how big of a pig can I fit into my silver smoker?
