Default Wings and Flank Steak

It's been a while since I've posted any cooks since the fall of Tapatalk. I hope this works out using photobucket with my IPhone.

Mixed up a marinade with cilantro, onion, kosher salt, pepper, cumin, EVOO, ac vineger, and garlic. Let the wings and steak swim in it for 2 hrs in the fridge. Fired up the 18.5 kettle with Walmart briquette and some peach wood. Went indirect with the wings for about an hour, let them rest so me and the kids could munch on them while everything else cooked.




After the wings were done got the steak going indirect until an it of 120, then went direct for 4 mins per side.


The wings were inspected by one of my judges. The results were, well you decide.

After all was done I served everything on the cutting board.



Just to keep me legal while cooking.


The family thought it was very good. Kids were happy with the wings. I really liked the the marinade.
