Well when you find that good "herb" Westy you let me know where you got it OR just hook a brother up! I kid, I kid.

And what temp do you smoke peppercorns at Cholloway? I was afraid of burning them but I almost threw them on my smoker for a bit with the last butt I did but thought cold smoke might be the only way they could be done.

Smoked a tomato last night for about three hours just to see. Didn't do a whole lot to it at all. Was a lot easier to just grind the smoked pepper on the other tomato I had for sandwiches. Anyone else cold smoked something that just didn't take to smoke? Maybe it was my 'mater.
