I decided to try a cedar-planked salmon with roasted red potatoes tonight. Awesome stuff.
Started with the potatoes on the UDS.
Put the salmon on the smoker about 1 hour after the taters were placed.
The finished plate.
When I die, my goal is to have a visible smoke ring when the coroner cuts me open for the autopsy.
