Pork Loin hot off the grill.
...ok, so I thought I posted this last night, but apparently I typed it up, let it sit & never hit "submit". We started with a maple glazed pork loin, and added in a bit of McCormicks sweet & smokey. the glaze seemed to create the perfect shell for the sear, then it went on the pan. Add a bit of rice for a side and a bottle of Matchbook, and dinner is served.
