...what are these "leftovers" that you speak of?

Seriously though....

To be honest.....I usually do 4 or 6 butts at once and vacuum seal it ALL, just FOR the leftovers so we can quickly reheat it for dinner on nights when we don't have time to prepare a meal.

We make enchiladas a lot with pulled pork and pulled chicken.
Tacos are a big one too.
I've made chopped brisket burritos.
Then there's pulled pork pizzas.
Smoked chicken salad.
Smoked ham goes great in beans or for breakfast meat.
Made hash with cubed corned beef once. THAT was good.
