That ramen looks great. I do tacos with the pork and make slaw with that. For brisket I heat up in a pan with peppers and onions to do cheese steak type sandwiches. I recently starting taking leftover ribs, cutting the meat off and pan searing it to give it a little char and make sandwiches out of that too. Brunswick stew is good for leftovers too.
