. I'd aim for 275-300*. I'd foil at some point, don't know when, then I'd try to rest it for at least an hour. I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions. Good luck.

. At this point im willing to sacrifice a little bit of quality in order to get it done on time. If done at 275* can I get it done in 5-6hrs then rest for 1-2hrs?
