First time using open pit-Need Help
I have a family event that my dad wants me to help cook for. Problem is that I will need to fly home so I can't take my uds. We decided to build a pit and BBQ on it instead since it would be most convenient and cost effective. As I've never cooked on one I'm a little nervous but am looking forward to it. If anyone has an info that would be helpful ie.. Dimensions, materials, techniques etc. Looking to cook either pork butt or do pulled beef for about 100 people. Thanks.
