Default My official IMBAS MOINK Ball Certification Request -

Using Stubb's Beef Rub, 80/20 ground beef, bacon, and Famous Dave's Sassy Chipotle sauce.I used lower sodium bacon because I'm going to apply another rub to the bacon (South Seas Islands Tri-Tip Santa Maria Style Seasoning).

Balls formed. I would have made more, except Mrs. SJ had another use for my ball meat...

Balls dusted.

Balls wrapped with bacon.

Bacon dusted with South Seas rub.

Moinks ready for deployment, sir!
