The Corn Beef I started last weekend is finally ready to slice. We had some for dinner. Some was set aside to make Corned Beef Hash. The rest was chilled and sliced thin. I can't wait to turn this small pile
of Corned Beef into a Reuben sandwich.
The rest of the Corned Beef is slated to become Pastrami.
Normally I use a lean roast to make my Corned Beef, I need to make more to see if I prefer brisket or roast for this.
