Learn how to run a business, learn how to calculate food costs, labor costs and prime costs.
You can get all the insurance, food handling classes, inspections, etc. you want.....
But if you don't know how to run a business.......you know what happens.
I currently run 2 successful businesses involving Scuba Diving and Photography. I plan to start small, keep bids where I feel they should be and not as the lowest bid. Learning curve and all. Its about generating multiple streams of revenue, so will focus on more than just catering the local event.
