So here's a shot of my first plate. I like a good helping of Franks Red Hot on my cabbage, my favorite parts of the bird. Leg and thigh. Thanks BOB I even put some of the Bob Evens Wildfire sauce on my chicken. Really liked the SAMs rub. Will be doing more chickens like this.
