Pork Shoulder and Ribs (Pic)
Trying out different rub combos for competition. Single (small) shoulder and a rack of ribs. The smell is killing me as I sit in my office working (which may be the only down side of cooking every day!).
On another note, what is everyone using for competition (that is commercially available and you don't mind talking about
