Also, you need to be careful and read the ingredient list, even if you think you are buying the same product at different stores.
Case in point....
There is a local BBQ joint down here in Atlanta area called Williamson Bros. BBQ....awesome BBQ sauce IMHO.
They sell it at the local stores, Publix, Walmart, Kroger, Whole Foods, etc.
I realized however, they are making 2 different batches of the original sauce. One catered to the Publix, Walmart, Kroger, etc. and one for Whole Foods. Same exact tasting sauce, however, one has HFCS and one has sugar. The Whole Foods sauce uses sugar and where it's sold elsewhere, uses HFCS.
Now the Whole Foods is more expensive of course, by about $1.50-$2.00.
So if you find a sauce you like and you buy it at one store and it has real sugar and you find it at another store for cheaper? Check to ingredient list and make sure it still has sugar and not HFCS.
