Sorry I didn't see this! Yes the bacon is raw. I have cooked the potatoes at different temps depending on what else is in the smoker. By themselves I go at 325F for about one hour. Any other temps I just cook until fork tender.

I couldn't find the old post here on the forum but here's a link to them on my blog.
I basically slice, stuff with bacon sometimes add onion, drizzle with olive oil and season with coarse salt and cracked black pepper.
