Please ignore the crappy Lowes gas smoker in the background that will never be used again and cost 150 bucks
If that smoker is the Perfect Flame GS-2001, it is a great smoker. I use mine for smoking fish and sausages. You can turn it down to 160 degrees which is just right to keep the sausage casings from getting tough during the smoke. If you use wood chunks in the chip pan instead of chips and use aluminum foil with holes in it in place of the cover it puts out nice TBS for hours.
