Adam and Jason may have only been cooking a year now, but they are quality cooks. I compete against them in IBCA and cooked the Sam's event with a fellow cook under "Consistently Random BBQ" (which didn't go well for us) but these guys seem to get better with every passing competition. We'll be wishing them the best in the regionals!
