Well now you guys have me thinking seriously about a Yoder.
One of things we make a lot in the summer is pancakes - easy and fills up the crazy and often numerous kids running around.
With a pellet grill would I need to worry about the pancakes tasting like smoke? I think my wife might be willing to consider the Yoder but if it ends up making smokey pancakes I'll be in the doghouse.
Wife Edit -
The biggest problem we have with the current griddle is that it heats unevenly. So some parts are super hot and some not hot enough. I'd trust that the Weber will heat evenly with how the burners are setup. I'd wonder if the griddle on the Yoder would heat evenly?
