Kirkland's shredded Mexiacan blend cheese - I love it! We always have a bag or two in my refrigerator. Great for quesadillas, omelets, and as a salad topping.
I picked up two bags just this past weekend. Now this coming weekend it looks like a Sam's Club trip for me for a freezer and whatever else strikes my fancy. Just doing my part to stimulate the economy!
