The Costco up the road from me is pretty much the same as the one I went into in NJ a few years back.
Their meat is excellent and they have a butchery service too. I'm a regular for their chicken breasts which are much better than the supermarkets.
The beef and chicken is from the UK, the pork loin that I have bought from there came from the US....I got some strange looks wandering through with about 3ft of pink meat hanging down in front of me!
I bought my Brinkmann grill there about 7/8 years ago.
The only charcoal I have seen in the one near me is the cr*ppy pre soaked stuff.
Service is good, it's a busy place but they always have most if not all the checkouts open and they have people working the queues, moving people to shorter queues etc.
I wish we could get service like that. On the busiest days there are maybe four of the 8 lanes being used. I wish they would have an express lane.
