Timing BB ribs and moinks
Am planning on smoking a rack of BB ribs tomorrow. Plan to cook them at about 275. Going to make moinks with it. This is my first time making moinks and I am trying to work out the timing. About how long should I plan for the moinks to take? I am using regular sized frozen meat balls and regular thin sliced bacon.
