Pork shoulder on the UDS
First time ever. Wife bought me one last weekend didn't get the chance to smoke. But I made time to do it this weekend. Kept it simple with a little salt and pepper. Smoking low and slow at 225-250. Hopefully it turns out good. More pron to come in the morning
