They break down pretty easy. Use some penetrating oil on all the threaded parts and crank the rack all the way up and it will release the rack screw, remove the screw on the handle and the cogs will fall out, unscrew the side bolts and you are ready to get to work.
I looked around and Lehman's had the best prices and lowest shipping fees.
